All transactions and membership charges are non-refundable. Please ensure you understand our terms before proceeding with any payment.
1. Membership Charges
• All membership fees and charges are 100% non-refundable
• Once membership is activated, no refund will be processed
• Membership benefits are valid as per the chosen plan duration
• Cancellation of membership does not entitle you to any refund
• Membership charges are final and cannot be transferred to another account
2. Transaction Charges
• All transactions processed through DigitalCash24 are non-refundable
• This includes but is not limited to:
- Money transfers (DMT)
- Mobile recharges
- Bill payments
- AEPS transactions
- Wallet recharges
- Any other payment services
• Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable
• Failed transactions will be automatically reversed as per banking guidelines
3. Failed Transactions
• In case of failed transactions, the amount will be automatically refunded to your source account
• Refund processing time: 5-7 working days from the date of transaction
• For wallet transactions, failed amounts will be credited back to your wallet within 24-48 hours
• Bank charges (if any) are non-refundable
• For any discrepancies, please contact our support team within 48 hours
4. Wrong Transactions
• DigitalCash24 is not responsible for transactions made to wrong beneficiaries
• Users must verify all details before confirming any transaction
• Once a transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be reversed
• No refund will be provided for user errors or incorrect information entered
• Please double-check all details including mobile numbers, account numbers, and amounts
5. Duplicate Transactions
• In case of duplicate debit for the same transaction, please contact us immediately
• We will investigate and process the refund if duplicate charges are confirmed
• Proof of duplicate transaction must be provided
• Refund processing time: 7-15 working days after verification
• Service charges on the original transaction remain non-refundable
6. Technical Issues
• If amount is debited but transaction fails due to technical issues, refund will be processed
• Please report such issues within 48 hours with transaction details
• Investigation may take 3-5 working days
• Refunds will be processed only after confirmation from our technical team
• Bank statement or screenshot may be required as proof
7. Cancellation Policy
• Transactions cannot be cancelled once initiated
• Membership cannot be cancelled mid-term for a refund
• Service subscriptions are non-refundable
• Account closure does not entitle any refund of paid charges
8. How to Raise a Refund Request
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our policy, please follow these steps:

2. Provide transaction ID and details
3. Submit relevant proof (screenshots, bank statements)
4. Wait for our team to investigate (3-5 working days)
5. Refund will be processed if claim is valid
9. Refund Method
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment source
• For wallet transactions, refund will be credited to your wallet
• Bank refunds may take 5-7 working days
• Wallet refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours
• No cash refunds will be provided
