• All transactions are non-refundable
• You must verify all transaction details before confirmation
• We are not responsible for transactions made to wrong beneficiaries
• Transaction limits apply as per RBI guidelines
• Service charges apply to all transactions
• Failed transactions will be refunded as per our refund policy
• Do not use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Suspicious transactions will be reported to authorities

• Digital wallet balance can be used for transactions and services
• Minimum and maximum wallet limits apply
• Wallet recharge is subject to verification
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours
• Withdrawal charges may apply
• Wallet balance is non-transferable to other accounts
• Wallet balance cannot be encashed directly
• Dormant accounts may have wallet balance frozen

You must NOT use our platform for:
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent transactions
• Illegal activities or prohibited goods/services
• Hacking, phishing, or security breaches
• Creating multiple accounts
• Manipulating or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Reselling or unauthorized commercial use
• Impersonating others or providing false information
Violation will result in immediate account termination and legal action

• Use strong passwords and change them regularly
• Do not share OTPs or passwords with anyone
• Verify transaction details before confirming
• Maintain accurate and updated account information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Report any suspicious activity immediately
• Keep records of all transactions for your reference

• Services may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• We are not liable for service interruptions
• No compensation for downtime or unavailability
• We will notify users of scheduled maintenance when possible
• Third-party service failures are beyond our control
